I have been working with North Shore Business Travel (NSBT) for more than 10 years. I inherited the contract with them when I arrived in New Zealand in late 2008 and had no reason (or no complaints) to have us consider another travel partner. I’m so happy we never changed as they are the best travel agency I have ever worked with and always deliver above and beyond what is expected. They not only find the best deals, but they make proactive suggestions to improve the travel experience and reduce the cost of travel for the company (and for me personally). I have used them for both business and personal travel. Recently, we relocated to London and I continue to use them for all my personal travel needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jo and I have used NSBT extensively for all our travel needs both business and personal. Leith and her team are fantastic to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. Shayne Howell has been our personal travel agent for many years, Shayne is very efficient and detail orientated. Knowing our preferences always makes our booking requests very easy.

We were previously of the opinion that travel services could be handled reasonably easily by ourselves by utilising online websites and tools until Leith at NSBT convinced us to try her team’s services for a retail tour we were undertaking to the US.
The flights were organised seamlessly (and more cost-effectively than we could have achieved online) and the NSBT team and their partners were incredibly helpful with everything from sight-seeing tour options to restaurants for our group – all of which we found were impeccable.
There is no doubt in my mind Leith and her team add a huge amount of value to the travel experience.

We have just completed another overseas trip booked with Leith and her team, and what an experience . I have been a customer of North Shore Business Travel for over 20 years now and without a doubt, I will book all my trips through them.
Leith’s travel knowledge is great, and she is really able to help design/plan the trips and gives great recommendation on all the elements of your travel , such as hotels and sights etc, no matter what the budget is.
More importantly for me is the attention to detail North Shore Business Travel provide, when I’m overseas the last thing you need is aspects of your trip not lining up, and to this end Leith and the team have done a fantastic job on this.

It is a very opportune time for me to say some good words about North Shore Business Travel. I am taking off to Europe tomorrow with the whole family and Leith has just left our house after dropping off our tickets, itineraries etc which is just part of the very personal service that we've enjoyed for more than twenty years.
One of the stand-out factors of the service provided by Leith and her team is the exclusive association she has with some outstanding overseas partners. The Virtuoso organisation has an amazing array of accommodation and tour optionsand give extremely good service and excellent value for money.
